Our labor warranty is 10 years. More importantly, we stand behind the work we do. If there is ever an issue caused by how something was built and it is something we can fix, we will. Do I need a permit for a deck or porch?

Any time a permanent structure is attached to an existing home, a building permit is required. This includes decks and porches that are connected to the house.
