Under-Deck Porch

A clever way to use the "wasted" space under a high second-story deck. By installing a ceiling system to catch rainwater from above, we create a dry, finished patio or screened-in room on the ground level.

Use the Space Below

If you have an elevated deck, under-deck systems convert wasted space into dry, usable area. You essentially get two levels of outdoor living—the deck above and covered patio below.

The system captures rain and channels it away while creating a finished ceiling underneath. No more dripping between deck boards.

How It Works

We install panels or membrane beneath your deck joists that catch water and direct it to perimeter gutters. You get a finished ceiling and dry space below.

System options:

  • Vinyl: Eliminate Trex RainEscape
  • Membrane: Trex RainEscape
  • Aluminum: Haven Underdeck is the system we install

What you can do with the space:

  • Covered patio with furniture
  • Storage that stays dry
  • Outdoor kitchen area
  • Workshop or hobby space
